It can not only help avoid the peroxidation of molten steel without affecting the rhythm of smelting and produce higher steel material recovery rate. Besides, it can alse effectively produce foaming slag which improve the efficiency of electric energy comsumption and reduce the erosion of the refractory material of the furnace by the arc and improve the service life of the furnace, thereby reducing the smelting cost in many aspects.

CACS Silicon carbide : The high oxygen content in the molten steel is harmful to the stability of the continuous casting billet and the steel composition. CONSTEEL's CACS series high-grade silicon carbide has the characteristics of strong deoxidation ability, good fluidity and no dust. It can meet the deoxidation demand of high oxygen content steel, and also has the effect of increasing silicon, which can reduce the amount of ferrosilicon and increase the yield of silicon carbon, which enable this act an ideal metallurgical addictive.

CACB composite blend balls : CACB series composite blend balls is made of high quality light burnt magnesium powder, designed by our professional formula, and is pressed into a balls after mixing, mainly used for converter steelmaking, slag splashing to protect the furnace , can furtherly improve the lifetime of converter furnace.
