Consteel CMG series magnesia-based patching mix is specially used for cold and hot repairing of slagline layer and other local wearing positions of EAF furnace,RH furnace and ladles. This series is made of selected magnesia and regenerated magnesia based on optimal grain size distribution formulation by introducing preferred compound binder, compound sintering agent and a certain proportion of plasticizer as addictive. Thus the bonding strength and adhesion rate of the patching mix are considerably improved. Besides, according to the various wearing mechanism of patched position of furnace, the formula can be appropriately adjusted by adding a certain amount of anti-slag agent to improve the slag resistance.
The Consteel CMC series ladle permanent lining castables are designed according to specific features of various ladles and positions by processing with superior grain size distribution of selected high quality bauxite, spinel, and corundum material with various composite addictives as foamer activator and water-reducing agent,etc which enable the castable features in various properties range from high refractoriness, vast BD scope, high strength, supreme thermal insulation performance, high temperature volume stability to anti-abrasion. Thus this series is pretty able to meet specific application requirement of our steel-making customers.
Consteel's CMPR series plastic repairing refractory is one monolithic with quick dry out capabilities that can withstand service temperatures of 1 600X3 .This moldable refractory is formulated by super-duty high alumina chemically bonded raw-material with excellent adhesion which is primarily designed for rapid repairs to brick and monolithic linings that can be installed using pneumatic hammer or hand rammed widely used at the roof place of EAF and some repairing position of ladles. Consteel's CMFS filler sand is formulated by most compatible composition including addictive with favorable grain size distribution which thus features as following and widely utilized in EAF's EBT and ladles nozzle applications.
Low thermal conductivity property at various temperature scope which help form appropriate sintered layer to support high self-pouring ratio higher than 98%;
Low sintering temperature which enable quick sintering formation;

Consteel CMTS series magnesium-based tundish spray mix apply premium magnesia raw material and superior grain size distribution with some or most of the addictive range from binder, water reducing agent, absorbents, reaction retarder and strength enhancer, etc. and features in following aspects:
